• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Strong interpersonal relationship management
• Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Knowledge of supply base in the region for the assigned categories
• Strong analytical skills with data collection, analysis and interpretation
• Certified Supply Chain Professional
• Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Expertise with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Data and process discipline

Responsibilities

• Place Purchase Orders, including AMO where applicable, per supplier terms
• Ensure PO documentation is complete and accurate
• Manage Open Purchase Orders and align dates to MRP needs
• Execute spot sourcing for defined scopes not covered by Sourcing
• Create/modify supplier records via MDG-Supplier process
• Identify supply risks and escalate appropriately
• Maintain ERP supplier data and item data fields
• Manage Pattern Data within AIM (Castings only)
• Address pricing or quantity discrepancies affecting invoicing/receiving
• Comply with Flowserve policies and procedures
