Flowserve in Pozuelo de Alarcón seeks a Manager, Site Procurement Lead to oversee regional supply chain activities supporting operations. You will lead a team of Procurement Specialists, drive P2P excellence, and coordinate with sourcing to achieve on-time delivery at optimal quality and cost.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive procurement experience, and deep ERP knowledge. The incumbent will ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance while advancing sourcing strategies.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Great Plains).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the supply chain function within their scope with focus on supporting operations.
• Ensure sourcing and procurement activities are fulfilled on time with the right quality and cost balance.
• Ensure ERP data (item master, supplier master, Purchase Orders) is up to date.
• Develop inputs required for AOP and STRAP, focusing on spend and savings.
• Identify opportunities to increase spend under contract and rationalize the supplier base.
• Identify supplier risks and elevate through the appropriate process.
• Support communication and negotiation with suppliers for warranty claims and liquidated damages.
• Ensure full compliance with external regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate the Flowserve Management System for the role and teams.
• Operate in compliance with Flowserve Policies & Procedures.
