Job summary

Flowserve in Madrid is seeking a Supplier Analyst to oversee a diverse portfolio of 200 suppliers, driving data-driven insights, risk-based prioritization, and compliance with Flowserve policies.

You will partner with Category Management and Supplier Technicians to monitor performance, lead supplier engagements, and ensure continuity across the supply base, leveraging your 4+ years in supply chain and CSCP credential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder collaboration & relationship management
• Understanding of both commercial and technical areas of supply chain
• Strong analytical skills involving data collection and interpretation
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Geographically mobile for engagement opportunities
• Ability to influence and communicate at all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight of the supplier portfolio across assigned category
• Analyze spending and performance data to support high-level Supplier Plans
• Review trends and recommend opportunities to consolidate spend
• Coordinate development activities with Supplier Technicians
• Ensure baseline compliance with Flowserve policies and contractual terms
• Lead supplier engagements and business reviews based on KPI compliance
• Monitor capacity, lead times, and service levels for continuity
• Escalate performance or risk concerns when needed
