Power International Holding (PIH) seeks an experienced Construction Project Planner to lead the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for major construction initiatives in Spain. You will coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering background, and SAP/ERP familiarity to optimize project execution and profitability.

Formación

• Advanced understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess project requirements and timelines.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.
• ERP knowledge, SAP functional skills recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones for construction projects.
• Create and manage project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors) within budget.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost-control measures.
• Implement quality assurance processes to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation (plans, schedules, progress reports, change orders, meeting minutes) and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and development support to planning and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, codes, and permits.
