Hill International Spain seeks an experienced Planner to participate in the construction of a new data center campus in Zaragoza, Spain. The role requires a strong background in construction and project management within the mission critical industry or similar.

You will develop and monitor master and detail schedules, analyse deviations, and support decision-making while collaborating with Project Managers and site teams to ensure adherence to scope, timeline and budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years of planning experience in mission critical or high-end projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills; fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Daily collaboration with Project Managers and site teams. Oversee the entire project, ensuring adherance to project scope, timeline and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of planning experience in mission critical or singular/high-end projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
