Vivid Money GmbH is hiring a Business Development Manager to build the partnerships channel in Barcelona. You’ll own the strategy, sign partners, and drive referral and integration partnerships that bring new business accounts.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance and Legal to launch compliant integrations (DATEV, Sevdesk, and local equivalents), manage the full partner lifecycle, and analyze performance to maximise customer growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or relationship management.
• Track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
• Native or fluent command of your market's language, plus strong working English.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills across seniority levels.
• Data-driven, with comfort using spreadsheets and AI to sharpen output.
