Job summary

Databricks is seeking a senior strategy & operations professional to scale the Partnerships team’s strategy. You will combine analytical insight with business acumen and cross-functional partnerships, reporting to the Director of Partner Strategy and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations from Enterprise SaaS, consulting, or IB.
• Experience partnering with VP-level GTM stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Partner VPs.
• Lead executive analyses, strategies, and board/QBR materials.
• Define and manage high-impact cross-functional programs end to end.
• Own the operating cadence and provide performance visibility against targets.
• Inform and enhance partner strategy with data-driven insights.
