Job summary
Openbank, Santander Group's digital consumer bank, based in Madrid, seeks a Key Account Manager to drive strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs and maximize growth within the dealer network. The role focuses on delivering financial product performance and coordinating cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the automotive sector, consumer finance, retail banking, or large account management (required)
- Experience collaborating with automotive dealer networks and/or vehicle manufacturers (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM partners and senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, financial conditions, and business targets.
- Monitor dealer network performance and drive KPI achievement.

- Analyze business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Lead customer experience, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
