FedEx Express México is seeking a senior sales professional to establish strategic partnerships in ocean and freight forward services and to develop global customer accounts. The role targets C-Suite executives and requires proven logistics expertise to drive revenue and margin growth across diverse, multinational opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and eight years of ocean and freight forward sales experience.
• Experience selling to C-Suite Executives is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with logistics processes, solutions and project management.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight import process from issuance to final delivery.
• Successful experience selling solutions globally to customers of varying size and complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and to plan and execute major customer sales strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Establish strategic partnerships for ocean and freight forward business.
• Develop customer accounts on a global scale and lead growth strategies.
• Prospect target customers through proactive networking and leverage existing relationships.
• Develop the sales strategy for deploying services to customer opportunities within ocean and freight.
• Ensure attainment of revenue and margin/yield goals for assigned accounts.
• Formulate comprehensive business plans for each account.
• Collaborate across functions to develop solutions, proposals, and pricing models.
• Attend sales calls to define opportunity and develop value propositions for closure.
• Manage proposal and presentation process and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide weekly reporting on all accounts in stages for new business development.
• Provide leadership to energize sales efforts for moving prospects through the cycle.
