FedEx Logistics is seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Coordinator to process and coordinate ocean freight orders, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. You will liaise with global offices, manage bookings, and support continuous process improvements across the logistics function.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in freight forwarding pricing, and strong knowledge of ocean regulations. Proficiency in Cargowise and MS Office is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Shipping, Transport and/or Logistics.
• Freight Forwarding Pricing Experience - min 3 years.
• Understanding of ocean products, regulations and procedures.
• Networking experience - Very good.
• Microsoft knowledge - Excellent.
• Cargowise knowledge - a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact with customers, ensuring optimal support and alternative solutions.
• Communication with FedEx Logistics overseas offices & agents.
• Processing of orders with internal systems.
• Booking of shipments and coordination of handling partners at seaports.
• Preparation of documents for sea freight and checking correctness.
• Customs processing for imports/exports and data entry in systems.
• Support of internal projects & optimisation of operational processes.
• Communication with pricing department.
