FedEx Logistics is seeking a senior sales professional to develop and maintain strategic partnerships in ocean and freight forward services. You will oversee customer accounts, crafting solutions that meet objectives and drive sales and profits on a global scale.

You will identify growth opportunities, manage senior‑level engagements, and lead the creation of comprehensive business plans. The role demands a proven ability to penetrate new markets and deliver value across FedEx enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent and eight (8) years of ocean and freight forward sales experience required.
• Experience selling to C‑Suite Executives is highly preferred.
• Proven experience selling solutions globally to customers of varying size and complexity.

Responsabilidades

• Establish strategic partnerships for the ocean and freight forward business.
• Lead by example with an agile mindset and attentive listening to business objectives.
• Develop customer accounts on a global scale and drive growth through high‑level strategies.
• Prospect target customers through proactive networking and leveraging existing relationships within FedEx.
• Develop sales strategy for deploying services to customer opportunities in ocean and freight.
• Ensure attainment of revenue and margin/yield goals for assigned accounts.
• Formulate and develop comprehensive business plans for each account.
• Coordinate pricing strategies and engage with customers at a senior level to assess needs.
• Collaborate across functions to develop solutions, proposals, and pricing models.
• Manage the proposal and presentation process.
• Provide weekly reporting on all accounts in stages for new business development.
• Energize the sales force to move new potential customers through the cycle.
