Roche Diagnostics Spain is seeking a Medical Affairs Lead to define and execute the medical strategy for Spain. You will connect scientific communities with Roche’s global teams to shape evidence and guide decisions.

Responsibilities include leading medical plans, engaging national KOLs and international experts, generating evidence, and building capability within field teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated medical strategies across therapeutic areas.
• Lead KOL engagement and scientific partnerships nationwide.
• Drive evidence generation and early adoption aligned with priorities.
• Design medical education programs for field teams and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Sales and Medical teams.
