Santhera Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Affairs Director, Iberia, to lead medical strategy and execution in Spain, with remote work options. You will partner with the GM, manage the medical team, and drive plans aligned to global strategy while ensuring high integrity and scientific exchange with external stakeholders.

The role demands 10+ years in Medical Affairs in Iberia, fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• MD/PharmD with strong background in rare diseases.
• Minimum 10 years of Medical Affairs experience in Iberia, including launches and lifecycle management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese valued.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic scientific leadership across Iberia.
• Partner with GM and Iberia Leadership Team.
• Line manage the medical team and develop MA plans aligned with global strategy.
• Engage with KOLs, societies and patient groups to foster scientific exchange.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance with country codes.
• Collaborate with Medical and Commercial teams on EU/global projects.
