Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Spain to engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals and networks in oncology.

You will translate scientific insights into internal strategy, and support medical education, advisory boards, and congress activities. The role requires a Doctoral degree, 8+ years in an MSL or similar role in Spain, and a strong background in clinical research methodologies.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience as an MSL or in a similar role within pharma/biotech in Spain.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
• Knowledge and experience within the oncology therapeutic area, with preference for lung and GI cancers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
• Strong networking skills with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic centers to advance scientific knowledge.
• Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals through presentations and educational programs.
• Support synthesis of insights from KOLs to internal teams.
• Prepare product presentations for KOLs and HCPs.
• Support field teams on complex scientific questions.
• Provide scientific support for medical congresses and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, clinical development, marketing and other teams.
