You will combine science, strategy, and market insight to position products, collaborate with clinicians, and run campaigns while ensuring compliance and delivering customer value across Roche's portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in marketing, sales or commercial strategy in healthcare/IVD.
• Proven ability to translate product details into compelling marketing messages.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; able to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Product strategy and vision aligned with overall company goals.
• Define a marketing plan with objectives and tactics for related product teams.
• Prepare launch and business plans, promote awareness and communication.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with Global teams; manage budget.
• Achieve deep product mastery of features, applications, and competitive advantages.
• Capture customer and market feedback and communicate improvements to global teams.
• Ensure end-to-end product readiness in internal systems and pricing.
• Support Clinician Selling network with updates and materials.

Conhecimentos

Fluent Spanish

Excellent communication in English
