Iberia Express is seeking a Finance professional to monitor and analyze the company's financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts and business objectives. The role also includes preparing periodic management reports, dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, drive budgeting and reforecasts, and look for cost efficiencies. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and ERP skills are required, with a background in FP&A, finance or business

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze the companys financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts and business objectives.
• Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze budget deviations, identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide relevant insights to support decision-making.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts and periodic reforecasts.
• Monitor operating costs and analyze cost trends to identify potential efficiency improvements.
• Collect, validate and consolidate financial and operational data from different departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of management information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of management control processes, reporting tools and analytical methodologies.
