Job summary

Page Executive is partnering with a leading international leisure group to appoint a CFO Iberia. The role provides strategic financial leadership across Iberia, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth and performance.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and performance management, while guiding finance transformation and multi-year planning. Fluent English is essential for this international environment.

Qualifications

15–20 years of progressive finance experience including senior leadership or CFO roles.
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and performance management capabilities.
Experience supporting M&A transactions, corporate development initiatives, and investment analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership and planning across Iberia and partner with CEO and leadership team.
Lead, develop and mentor the finance team; oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, tax, compliance and risk.
Drive finance for strategic projects, new ventures, partnerships; assess funding and capital allocation.
Support corporate transactions, financial due diligence, financing solutions and integration.
Deliver KPI analysis and investment evaluations to senior stakeholders; manage multi-year planning cycles.
