Axalta is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join the Order Fulfillment team at our Asturias facility. You will receive and process customer orders, liaise with warehouses and carriers to arrange deliveries, track orders, and handle returns and exchanges to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Requirements include 3+ years in logistics, fluent English, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is expected, with ADR/IMO/IATA training considered a plus for regulatory compliance and

Formación

• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Experience with ADR/ IMO/ IATA regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management & Coordination – Monitor and coordinate operational flows in third-party warehouses, handle order errors, and manage urgent requests.
• Logistics & Shipping – Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
• Cross-Functional Communication – Work closely with customer service, DRP, and warehouse teams to address order-related issues and optimize fulfillment processes.
• Regulatory & Documentation Compliance – Generate Safety Data Sheets, provide export documentation, and ensure adherence to shipping regulations. SOP creation and maintenance for 3PL warehouses.
• Process Improvement & Reporting – Analyze KPI performance, generate reports, and implement process enhancements for efficiency.
