Axalta is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join the Order Fulfillment team at the Asturias facility. You will manage order flow, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, and resolve delays to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, fluency in English, and strong analytical skills. There is collaboration across customer service, DRP and warehouse teams, plus handling regulatory documentation and SOP upkeep for 3PLs.

Qualifications

• +3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehouse or transportation environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt to changes and continuously improve processes.
• Knowledge of ADR, IMO, and IATA regulations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Order Management & Coordination – monitor and coordinate flows in 3PL warehouses, handle urgent requests and errors.
• Logistics & Shipping – collaborate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Communication – work with customer service, DRP and warehouse teams.
• Regulatory & Documentation – generate Safety Data Sheets, provide export documents and ensure shipping compliance.
• SOP maintenance for 3PL warehouses and KPI reporting to drive improvements.
