Axalta is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Asturias facility. You will be the primary interface for external customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, handling orders, monitoring delivery timelines, and resolving credit issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and French required; Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in Word and Excel; SAP knowledge beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex orders
• Monitors open orders, product availability and lead-times for on-time deliveries
• Collaborates with business team, sales, and back office to meet customer requirements
• Assists with credit issues and invoice adjustments as needed
• Follows SOX, ISO and other corporate procedures; handles complaints and returns
