Axalta Coating Systems in Asturias is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join the Order Fulfillment team. You will receive and process customer orders, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work closely with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain compliance with shipping regulations. Strong analytical and SAP/MS Office skills are required for daily tasks and process improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, or transport.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ADR/IMO/IATA regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and coordinate orders across third-party warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Liaise with customer service, DRP, and warehouse teams to address order-related issues.
• Generate Safety Data Sheets, export documentation, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations; create SOPs for 3PL warehouses.
• Analyze KPI performance, generate reports, and implement process improvements for efficiency.

We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Order Fulfillment team at our facility in Asturias.

The primary responsibilities of an Order Fulfillment Specialist include receiving and processing customer orders. They liaise with warehouses operational teams and shipping departments or external carriers to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fulfillment process. They also track orders to ensure timely delivery and manage returns and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Coordination – Monitor and coordinate operational flows in third-party warehouses, handle order errors, and manage urgent requests.
• Logistics & Shipping – Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
• Cross-Functional Communication – Work closely with customer service, DRP, and warehouse teams to address order-related issues and optimize fulfillment processes.
• Regulatory & Documentation Compliance – Generate Safety Data Sheets, provide export documentation, and ensure adherence to shipping regulations. SOP creation and maintenance for 3PL warehouses.
• Process Improvement & Reporting – Analyze KPI performance, generate reports, and implement process enhancements for efficiency.

Requirements

• +3 years of relevant work experience coming from the logistics, warehouse or transportation environments.
• Language & Communication – Fluent in English (spoken & written) and influencing skills
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze issues, attentive to detail, able to propose solutions, and improve processes.
• IT & Software Proficiency – Experience with SAP, high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Adaptability & Proactiveness – Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and continuously improve existing processes.
• Industry Knowledge – Ideally, with training in ADR, IMO, and IATA regulations, with experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
