Axalta Coating Systems in Asturias seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to act as the primary interface for external customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. The role processes complex orders, tracks lead-times, and ensures timely deliveries while adhering to company policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English and French, and strong SAP/Excel/Word skills, with 2 years in international customer service or logistics

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish beneficial in Spain.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; good knowledge of SAP.
• Ideally 2 years in customer service or logistics in an international company.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex orders and samples.
• Monitors open orders, product availability and lead-times to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborates with the business team, sales, and back office to meet customer needs.
• Understands cash collection steps and handles credit issues and invoice adjustments.
• Follows procedures complying with SOX, ISO and other requirements.
• Processes customer service and product complaints and returns per policy.
