Amazon is seeking a Learning Specialist to shape strategy for learning across multiple functions and countries. You will own the ADDIE lifecycle, design scalable solutions, and partner with senior leaders to drive measurable capability lift.

You will mentor Learning Coordinators and advance continuous improvement, using AI to transform design and delivery. You'll work across Europe on cross-functional programs, apply instructional design best practices, and help establish learning standards and

Formación

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics for improvements.
• Experience managing training/learning-related projects or programs.
• Experience implementing training strategies, policies, and standardisation across the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full ADDIE lifecycle for assigned functions, delivering scalable training content.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design to solve complex problems.
• Design learning solutions across modalities (digital, classroom, experiential, self-paced, blended).
• Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end learning programs with scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders and success metrics.
• Provide mentoring to Learning Coordinators across ES and UK.
