You will partner with business leaders, design tailored programs, measure impact, and coach executives to foster a culture of continuous development while leveraging AI-driven solutions to accelerate transformation.

Formación

• Experience leading learning & development initiatives that drive business outcomes.
• Proven ability to coach mid-to-senior managers.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to identify needs and gaps; build capability to close performance gaps.
• Design and deliver learning experiences for managers and teams with impact measurement.
• Manage end-to-end learning programs from analysis to content development and delivery.
• Provide coaching to leaders to strengthen capabilities and drive growth.
• Stay current with AI tools to enhance learning delivery.
