Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to shape and lead the employee relations agenda across Spain.

The role requires strategic and hands-on execution, translating regional direction into local action while identifying risks and opportunities for broader strategy. The team collaborates across management levels and functions to cultivate a positive employee relations climate that supports safety, capability, engagement, and high performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or law degree preferred.
• Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law.
• Experience dealing with Works councils and Unions.
• Experience and solid understanding of ESP employment and labor laws.
• Negotiation experience.

• Act as the go-to LR strategic partner for your sites in Spain, equipping HR and business leaders with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks to navigate collective environments confidently.
• Drive proactive risk identification and advise stakeholders on mitigation approaches in your assigned markets.
• Provide expert counsel on collective requirements.
• Build LR capability within the broader HR community through coaching, knowledge sharing, and framework development.
• Participate in cross-regional projects to build broader EU LR knowledge and capability.

This is a fixed term contract position.

The role will require a level of geographical flexibility in base location within Spain.

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Employee Relations Manager to play a critical role the development of the employee relations agenda in Spain.

We are seeking a progressive, hands-on, customer-obsessed individual who will help to develop our employee relations agenda of creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, engagement and a high performance customer obsessed culture.

The ER Manager will report to the Head of ER, Spain

As EXR Manager, You'll Operate Across Two Dimensions

• Participating in EU projects on different projects.
• On Es field, equipping business leaders and the HR organization with the expertise, frameworks, and counsel needed to navigate day-to-day labor relations matters and employee experience.

This role requires the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels — translating regional direction into local deployment while identifying risks and opportunities that inform broader strategy.

Key job responsibilities

Strategic LR Partnership & Country Expertise

• Act as the go-to LR strategic partner for your sites in Spain, equipping HR and business leaders with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks to navigate collective environments confidently
• Drive proactive risk identification and advise stakeholders on mitigation approaches in your assigned markets

• Build LR capability within the broader HR community through coaching, knowledge sharing, and framework development

About The Team

Team of 8 individuals with different background and expertise, regionally distributed

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, law degree, or other specialized training in employee relations.
• Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law.
• Experience dealing with Works council and Unions.
• Experience and solid understanding of ESP employment and labor laws
• Negotiation experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish partnerships and work collaboratively across management levels and personalities to influence senior leadership, stakeholders, peers and employees at all levels across a large, dispersed and culturally diverse organization.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills in an ambiguous environment with the capacity to work autonomously to manage competing priorities simultaneously while driving projects to closure.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully scale labour relations frameworks in new business lines
