Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B account management in the packaging sector.
• Proven ability to retain, develop and grow strategic customer accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers and act as their primary commercial contact.
• Develop and execute account plans that support retention, satisfaction and sustainable growth.
• Understand customers' business needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-selling and value-added solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, operational and customer service teams to ensure delivery and issue resolution.
