HCL Technologies Limited in Spain seeks an account manager responsible for owning and expanding client relationships to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across assigned accounts.

This role manages a 10-30M portfolio value, ensuring seamless delivery, cross-selling IT solutions, and leading contract negotiations and renewals with delivery leadership to optimize performance and mitigate risk.

Responsabilidades

• A single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services and cross-sell of IT solutions aligned to customer business objectives.
• Develop and execute a multi-year account plan aligned with customer priorities and industry trends.
• Be responsible for account performance in terms of revenue, profitability, payment cycles and growth.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions.
• Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.
