Syntegon Technology GmbH in Terrassa, Spain, seeks a seasoned FP&A partner for IT. You will lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, translating strategic assumptions into financial plans and driving efficiency.

You will deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses using Power BI and SAP BW, support business cases, and align IT investments with value delivery. The role offers broad exposure to senior IT and Finance leadership and accelerated career development.

Formación

Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
Several years in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
Experience supporting IT or shared-service functions in international orgs.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

Own IT budgeting, forecasting cycles, and performance reporting.
Provide financial oversight for IT projects, business-case support, and capitalisation considerations.
Translate operational and strategic assumptions into financial plans and risks.
Deliver analyses using Power BI, SAP BW, and Excel to inform decisions.
Lead monthly IT performance reviews and align actions with the IT leadership.
