Syntegon Telstar in Barcelona seeks a Finance Controller who will partner with the Chief Digital Officer and the Digital Technology Leadership Team to steer financials for major initiatives. You own budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and provide transparent guidance to leadership, while collaborating across functions.

With 7+ years in Finance/Controlling, you communicate effectively, engage stakeholders at multiple levels, and work independently to drive pragmatic, solution-oriented results

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 7+ years in Finance and Controlling roles (e.g., Corporate Controlling, Financial PMO).
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented with a continuous learning mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financial steering of major initiatives to increase efficiency across the organization.
• Interface with central Finance, monitor cost developments, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the development and execution of the Digital Technology strategy.
• Provide financial guidance to the CDO and Digital Technology Leadership Team and ensure transparency.
