TE Connectivity is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Sensors organization in a multinational setting. You will partner with senior leaders, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and help shape a growing EMEA FP&A team in a highly collaborative environment.

The role requires strong financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence decision-making across levels. Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years managerial experience.
• Prior FP&A experience preferred.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing environments a plus.
• 5-10 years increasing responsibility in Accounting/Finance; familiarity with US GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to consolidate, analyze, and report global financial results.
• Support annual operating plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts (P&L/Cash flow).
• Coordinate monthly RnO and quarterly commitment forecast; prepare Earnings Release deck.
• Ensure SAC/Hyperion consolidation/updating of actuals, RnO, and forecasts.
