Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA is seeking an experienced IT Governance/ TBM professional in Spain to shape budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across global IT services and cost centers.

In this role you will drive executive-ready reporting, align governance with Finance and Portfolio Management, and collaborate with IT leaders to ensure data quality and insightful decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, TBM, IT Financial Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience supporting budget planning, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate financial, operational, and governance data into concise insights.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Controlling, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and IT leadership.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP ERP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Provide transparent IT budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across services, projects, and cost centers.
• Align IT governance with TBM, Finance, and Portfolio Management.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting with visibility into budget performance and risks.
• Establish consistent governance standards and reporting methodologies.
• Coordinate budget planning and forecasts by tracking assumptions and risks.
• Develop meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for management decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Data & Analytics, Portfolio Management, and IT teams to ensure data quality.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
