SITA Group in Barcelona seeks an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to enable financially sound planning and decision making across the organization. You will translate data into actionable insights and support investment cases within Data and Analytics / FP&A.

You will coach executives, influence decisions with compelling narratives, and drive cost optimization and value creation across technology portfolios.

Formación

• Extensive FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting and modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in multinational tech environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deepen decision makers’ Business Finance acumen to enable independent decision making.
• Provide coaching and develop decision-support visuals tied to strategic choices.
• Lead ROI-focused business cases for investments and post‑implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics / FP&A and technology teams to design tools.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and assist in budgeting pressures.
