Syntegon Telstar S.R.U, part of the Syntegon Group, seeks a Finance Partner for IT. You will lead IT planning, forecasting and performance reporting, partnering with senior IT leadership to drive value.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, cost control, and project investments; delivering data-driven insights with SAP BW, Power BI, and Excel; and guiding decisions with a strong focus on efficiency and strategic impact.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• Several years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience, ideally supporting IT or shared services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, project and investment controlling skills.
• Advanced Excel, SAP, SAP BW, Power BI data handling and automation experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own IT controlling framework: cost-center structures, allocation logic, planning and reporting.
• Provide financial oversight for IT projects including business-case support and benefits tracking.
• Lead IT budgeting and forecasting; identify risks and opportunities and drive efficiency.
• Deliver analyses with Power BI, SAP BW, and Excel to guide decisions and actions.
• Lead monthly IT performance reviews, explain variances, and agree corrective actions.
