Alira Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead the PMO and drive key corporate initiatives, including large-scale operations and M&A integrations. You will partner with the COO and senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure governance and operational excellence across global offices.

You will mentor PMO staff, standardize project practices, manage budgets and KPIs, and deliver reports and dashboards that inform leadership decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, finance, or life sciences.
• 6–7+ years project management, 3+ years cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with large-scale operational projects and M&A integrations.
• Strong strategic planning, process optimization, and portfolio management.
• Experience with senior leadership including COO or C-suite.
• Familiarity with international operations in US and EU.
