Alira Health is seeking a Senior Consultant in Barcelona to lead client engagements at the intersection of life sciences and strategy, owning projects or major components and guiding teams across market assessments and growth initiatives.

You will develop analytical frameworks, translate findings into strategic recommendations, create client-ready materials, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with Engagement Managers, Principals, and Partners in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in management/strategy consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage full project execution or major components.
• Provide methodological guidance across research and quantitative modeling.
• Develop clear, actionable project storylines and recommendations.
• Create and present client-ready deliverables and reports.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge base.
• Build expertise in therapeutic/functional areas and support client conversations.
