Job summary

Alira Health seeks a Senior Consultant to drive life sciences strategy engagements across Biotech, Pharma, MedTech and Diagnostics. You will own projects, lead teams, and translate evidence into actionable strategic recommendations for clients.

You will manage client relationships, mentor juniors, and develop frameworks and storylines for senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. English required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Life Sciences (MBA/PhD a plus).
• 4–5 years in management/strategy consulting.
• Experience coaching teams of 2–4 people.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills across methods.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full execution of projects or major components, ensuring alignment with methodologies and client expectations.
• Guide research activities and quantitative modeling across workstreams.
• Develop project storylines and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Create and present client‑ready materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
• Mentor junior team members on project case teams and mentorship programs.
• Build recognized expertise in therapeutic/functional areas to support client conversations.
