Job summary

Alstom in Trapaga (Bilbao) is seeking an Industrial Planner to align demand and resources to meet project targets. You will optimize site resources and work with Tender, Project Managers and Demand Planners to ensure timely execution.

You will consolidate and analyze demand forecasts, ensure data integrity in ERP and planning tools, and participate in the quarterly S&OP process to deliver reliable KPIs and WIP/FG reporting.

Qualifications

• University or technical degree in Engineering.
• High level of English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge in Core Planning Tools and ERP.
• 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze the demand and forecast.
• Check the consistency and completeness of the demand forecast and act when needed.
• Inject the demand forecast into planning tools (GSI/SC) and register firm needs.
• Contribute to quarterly S&OP; align plans with tender, project and site inputs.
• Report WIP and FG for HI consolidation and KPIs for production.
