Job summary

Ornua seeks a Demand Planner to join its Spain team, connecting customer demand to operations and ensuring high service levels. You will lead the S&OP process, develop forecasts and supply plans to support growth.

Strong analytical abilities and experience in demand planning, with proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems, are required. You will collaborate across functions to translate forecasts into actionable plans and monitor accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
• Experience in demand and production planning with statistical forecasting.
• Proficiency with Power BI and ERP systems; MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP process and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Liaise with Commercial to agree a consensus demand plan for publication in S&OP.
• Select algorithms per product group and generate a statistical baseline forecast.
• Recommend an enriched demand plan for Commercial approval.
• Convert demand plan into a supply plan and monitor execution.
• Measure forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
