Alstom is seeking a Demand Planner Manager to lead demand planning activities at the Pinto site in Madrid. You will coordinate with Production, Purchase and Industrial teams, manage BOMs in SAP, and align demand with manufacturing execution while driving change management across engineering and supply chain.

The role emphasizes maintaining stable production plans, managing configurations, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Formación

• Technical or university degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Intermediate English is valuable.
• Knowledge or experience of industrial manufacturing.
• Desirable knowledge of metallic materials.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate demand with product configuration management and change control.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchase and Industrial teams to consolidate demand.
• Ensure alignment between demand and industrial/engineering execution; analyze bogie demand.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP for the bogies manufactured at the site.
• Ensure consistency between demand, product structures, and manufacturing planning.
• Translate demand changes into a stable and rolling manufacturing plan.
• Maintain maximum workloads stability for the production center.
• Ensure delivery dates from leading units are met.
• Minimize finished goods inventory while balancing capacity, demand, and deliveries.
• Interface between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and leading units for change management.
• Ensure traceability and consistency of delivered configurations.
