Alstom in Madrid is seeking an Industrial Engineer ALM to develop continuous improvement methodologies in Services Operations. You will apply lean manufacturing tools in projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams across industrial, production, engineering, quality, supply chain and project managers to drive data‑driven decisions.
The successful candidate has a university degree in Industrial Engineering or related studies, 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of electrical
Formación
- Academic background: University degree in Industrial Engineering or related studies.
- Knowledge of electrical systems (wiring, cabinets, onboard equipment).
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Essential: Applied knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- English level C1.
- Desirable: SAP and CATIA/PLM tools experience.
Responsabilidades
- Implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in Services projects to improve efficiency.
- Interpret electrical schematics and validate assembly/disassembly operations.
- Prepare industrial deliverables for electrical activities.
- Standardize processes and monitor main KPIs.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to base decisions on data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across industrial, production, engineering, quality, supply chain and project management.
