Medline is seeking an individual to coordinate and schedule inbound freight shipments to Medline distribution centers. The role involves monitoring PO data and scheduling tools to plan daily inbound receiving across distribution centers.

Responsibilities include resolving or escalating inbound delivery issues with carriers and DCs and providing necessary documentation for carriers. A high school diploma is required with intermediate Word/Excel skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word skills (headers, page breaks, tables).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (SUM, borders, charts, sorting, headers/footers).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor PO data, ZAPPT scheduling tool, and Catalyst for inbound freight scheduling.
• Schedule daily inbound receiving and workload for distribution centers.
• Assist with resolution or escalation of inbound delivery issues with carriers and DCs.
• Provide information and documentation for carriers.
