Job summary

Roboyo seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to support Sweden, the United Kingdom and Germany. Based in Barcelona, you will align HR strategies with regional business objectives, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and lead day-to-day people operations.

A hands-on, proactive approach will be essential for driving HR initiatives across multiple countries. You will partner with regional leadership, manage employee lifecycle, and collaborate with COE to implement policies, while delivering

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of HRBP or similar experience.
Strong understanding of German labor laws, good understanding of UK and Swedish labor laws.
Experience managing full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding.
Experience in payroll and other hands-on HR operational tasks.
Fluent English and German

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to create an exceptional employee experience across Sweden, UK and Germany.
Act as a culture champion, influencing values and norms to drive the mission.
Address complex employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.
Provide coaching to managers on performance and development.
Deliver HR reports and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Utilize data insights to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
