Job summary

HP is seeking a Country HR Partner in Spain to reimagine and implement HR programs across the business. You will establish relationships with top decision-makers and ensure alignment with local labor regulations while driving transformation initiatives.

The role requires a Law/Labor relations background with 5–10 years of experience in HR functions, and a strong grasp of Spanish labor frameworks. The position is full-time and based in Spain with an emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Deep understanding of Spanish labor law and employee representation frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with ability to see the big picture.
• Strong project management and process development skills.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers at the top of the business to drive HR programs.
• Participate in strategic business planning to ensure HR program implementation.
• Interact with Works Councils and employee representatives to ensure proper consultation and alignment with labor regulations.
• Apply Spanish labor legislation in day-to-day HR practices and collaborate with legal and ER experts.
• Contribute to change management strategy to support HR program implementation.
• Manage HR programs within the business or function.
• Represent business needs to maintain alignment between HR and business during program implementation.
• Lead priority projects supporting organization-wide transformation initiatives.
• Identify and drive development of new or improved HR processes.
• Collaborate with centers of expertise to apply HR resources to business needs.
