COLIBRIX ONE is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with business leaders and employees, shaping growth, performance, engagement and organizational development. You will design and implement HR processes, advise managers on people decisions, and help ensure teams are structured and supported to meet business goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles (HRBP/Generalist/People Partner)
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting business teams
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, career development and succession planning
• Experience developing or implementing HR processes, frameworks, or company-wide initiatives
• Ability to analyse employee data and translate insights into action
• Strong coaching, consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in English and Russian

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement key HR processes aligned with business goals
• Advise managers on people-related decisions and organizational development
• Support workforce planning, scaling, and restructuring with department heads
• Manage performance evaluation processes and HiPo promotion
• Drive employee relations, conflict resolution and coaching for managers
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention plans
• Support change management during transformations and restructurings
• Collaborate on employer branding and HR automation projects
