COLIBRIX ONE is seeking an organized HR Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth, compliant HR operations across the Group. You will manage employee lifecycle administration, support payroll workflows with external providers, and maintain accurate records across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 2+ years in HR Operations, experience with HiBob or similar HRIS, and strong GDPR knowledge. English and Russian language skills are highly valued, with a competitive salary and benefits package

Formación

• 2+ years in HR Operations, HR Administration, or similar People Operations role.
• Experience managing HR processes across jurisdictions (Cyprus, Malta, or Spain).
• Experience supporting payroll processes with external providers.
• Visa/work permit process coordination is a plus.
• Hands-on with HRIS platforms; HiBob experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation, lifecycle processes, and GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) across the Group.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (HiBob).
• Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, GDPR docs, and equipment liability agreements.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs for external payroll providers.
• Review payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
• Coordinate benefits administration including medical exams and eye-care reimbursements.
• Maintain workplace safety documentation and training records per local regulations.
• Support visa/work permit processes with external immigration partners.
• Ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant with policies and local laws.
• Monitor HR workflows, approvals, and recurring tasks in HR systems.
