HBX Group is seeking Head of HBX FP&A to lead core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and board reporting. You will manage a fast-growing function, model scenarios, and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions.

Formación

• Significant FP&A experience in fast-paced or scaling environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and clearly communicate complex information.
• Proven ability to model financial outcomes and manage teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecast cycles.
• Build robust financial models for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and scenarios.
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-range plans aligned to strategy.
• Produce monthly management packs with commentary, KPIs and insights.
• Lead data governance, forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.
• Coordinate with M&A and Investor relations regarding guidance and updates.
