HBX Group in Valencia is seeking an M&A Senior Lead to drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships and strategic initiatives. You will originate, evaluate, negotiate and close complex transactions, working with Legal, Tax, Finance, Strategy and operational teams, while reporting to senior leadership and the Board.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Transaction Services or a related strategic finance environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex M&A transactions from origination through completion.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Origination & Strategic Development: Build pipeline and develop investment theses.
• Transaction Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end acquisitions, divestments and strategic projects.
• Strategic Analysis & Board Support: Prepare analyses and materials for Senior Management and the Board.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Strategy and Commercial teams.
• Team Leadership: Coach juniors and develop team processes and best practices.
