Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development in Madrid to drive growth for Data & Services with flagship financial institutions, merchants and fintechs. You will deepen partnerships with leading players while shaping the local market strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized payment solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in a top-tier consulting or digital firm desirable.
Payments/banking expertise and helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Shape Data & Services growth strategy in Spain and execute against that strategy.
Identify the most critical aspects of client problems to determine new business opportunities.
Leverage Mastercard Data & Services capabilities to craft customized solutions for clients.
Write well-structured, persuasive proposals and present these to clients.
Develop strong relationships with senior client management.
Align efforts with Mastercard core team for sales success and manage external obstacles.
Partner with local project teams to ensure project quality and identify follow-up sales opportunities.
