Job summary

Mastercard in Madrid is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development to accelerate growth of Data & Services with flagship financial institutions, merchants, fintechs and government partners.

You will shape Spain's growth strategy, identify new business opportunities, and craft tailored proposals while building senior-level client relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Undergraduate degree required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Develop growth strategy for Data & Services in Spain with the existing team.
Identify critical client or market problems to determine new business opportunities.
Leverage Data & Services capabilities to create customized solutions for clients.
Write well-structured, persuasive proposals and present to clients.
Develop relationships with senior level client management.
Align efforts with Mastercard core team for sales success and manage external obstacles.
Partner with local project teams to ensure project quality and identify follow-up sales opportunities.
