Job summary

XTEL seeks a Senior X-Steps Consultant to join its fast-growing X-Steps team, translating complex CPG business challenges into platform configurations and guiding client engagements toward measurable value delivery.

You will partner with Data & Solution Implementation Leads, manage Market Connects, Data Review/UAT, Super-User Training, and Value Extraction workshops across EU and US, with hybrid or remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business consulting, category management, trade marketing, RGM, TPM, or commercial analytics within CPG or software advisory.

Responsibilities

• Understand broad CPG business goals in RGM and TPM and translate them into platform requirements.
• Run parallel market connect sessions during project kick-offs grounded in client strategy and KPIs.
• Act as the internal client for the technical implementation team, ensuring deployments are pragmatic and aligned with user needs.
• Deliver hands-on training anchored in client data, building a library of client-specific
• Facilitate commercial business sprints guiding clients from analytical runs to profitable revenue growth.
